We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and self-motivated Clerical Supervisor to join our team.

As a member of our team, you will be given opportunities to grow and develop your Management and Administrative skills.

You will work together with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to achieve a common goal of delivering high quality patient centred care.

What you'll be doing

  • This position is responsible for the supervision of the clerical staff and data quality processes within the Emergency Department.

  • Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritise daily work schedules for yourself and your staff.
  • Previous experience in supervising, coaching, mentoring, and supporting staff through performance management and training to ensure quality of services and compliance with relevant policies.
  • Previous experience in rostering staff over a variety of shifts.
