About the Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an established Parts Manager to join our Caboolture branch.


In this key leadership role you will develop strong relationships with our Parts team and customers to proactively ensure internal and external customer satisfaction while promoting all aspects of our brand in a professional manner.


The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:

  • Maintain and develop the skills and knowledge of all the Parts employees
  • Ensure all department targets are met including confirming stock is correctly receipted in and correctly receipted out
  • Ensuring that all sales transactions are recorded correctly
  • Proactively manage, coordinate and facilitate the stock take process
  • Proactively study and stay current on industry and product information providing advice and guidance to customers, the parts team and other key stakeholders within the business

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Proven management experience ideally in a similar industry
  • Relevant management qualification highly desirable
  • Demonstrated people management skills and experience
  • Microsoft Suite (intermediate to advanced) & proficiency with parts interpretation software
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and initiative
  • Maintain confidentiality of information at all times
  • Excellent customer service and professional presentation
