Advisory Services Associate

Role/Responsibilities

The Department / Team
The Advisory Services team provides for the implementation of Moody's Analytics' Issuer Tools and Solutions.

This may include customization of the solutions, as well as development of bespoke solutions, on-site installation, configuration and training services.

The Role / Responsibilities

This role is responsible for performing documentation, configuration and customization related work for Moody's Analytics Issuer Solutions ("MA Issuer Solutions") products.

The role also includes providing support to existing MA Issuer Solutions clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

In conjunction with other team members, participate in client meetings and due diligence sessions with responsibility to identify and document business requirements
Perform system testing, data quality assessments and reconciliations prior to delivery to the client
In conjunction with other team members, provide client training and client support during user acceptance testing period
Assist team on technical presentations with potential travel to client sites for onsite visits
Provide input on new client requirements to senior team members as well as the product management team

Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree with an emphasis in finance, economics, accounting, math, or related quantitative field.
23 years of exposure to banking, credit, and/or financial industry
Background in loan origination, servicing and or accounting is a plus
Background in structured finance is a plus
Strong quantitative and technical skills along with a complex analytical problem solving ability.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and SQL Server.
Some travel may be required
