The Job.
As a direct report to the Team Leader, your role entails the following responsibilities:

Receiving incoming calls from customers with regards to various retail and wealth products related inquiries
Providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries
Effectively resolving issues raised by clients and customers
Working towards achieving KPIs and meeting targets

You.
To excel in this position, you should have prior experience in the following areas, coupled with the personal traits mentioned below:

One year of experience in customer service within a call centre environment
A degree in business, economics, commerce, or a related field is desirable
You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with the flexibility to work shifts between 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
