Our Real Estate Team is currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Sales Consultant to join their team in Brisbane, Queensland.

This is an incredibly versatile role that offers you the opportunity to take full control of the sales process and be a part of a vibrant and growing agency.

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Commission-Only Salesperson who can work in a supportive office with elite branding and make their mark in a lucrative, thriving sales environment.


In this role, you will be required to:

  • Engage with potential local and international clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property viewings with overseas purchases and provide detailed information on the features and benefits of each property.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and legal departments to ensure smooth transaction processes for clients.
  • Create compelling property listings with accurate details and highquality images to attract potential buyers.

Requirements:


  • Clean National Police Check
  • Current Agents Representative Certificate
  • Bilingual (English and Mandarin) written and verbal
  • Proven real estate experience
  • Understanding of the Australian Property Market, economic factors, and future forecasts
  • Australian working rights
