About the role


Our Client Service Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families in ensuring that our services are exceptional and delivered appropriately.


You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and employees promptly and courteously, providing clear and accurate information as well as rostering to ensure all patients are seen by our Support Worker team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to manage switch board

Strong customer service skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Digital literacy skills, in particular excel, outlook and word processing.
