Do work that matters

We have an exciting opportunity for an ITSM Coordinator / Business Analyst to join the team Reporting to the Senior Service Manager, you will play a supporting role to drive service availability, continuity, compliance and resilience.

Using your experience of the ITIL best practice framework, you will assist the team with reporting, technical writing, risk monitoring, change and release management.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be passionate about delivering quality end user experiences with favourable business outcomes, across multiple technology environments.

Success in this role will require your problem solving, collaboration and stakeholder influencing skills to drive service improvement and risk sensitive change.

Your as your ability to adapt to the ever evolving technology landscape will be essential and an understanding of the ITIL best practice guidelines for ITSM will be invaluable in informing your daily risk mitigated activities.
