  • International Freight Forwarding Specialist
  • Position Available for Immediate Start


This leading international freight forwarder is renowned for the provision of an array of services including Sea & Air Freight, Customs, Import & Expert, Transportation, Warehousing, Track & Trace.


An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Import Operations Clerk to stamp their mark on this pivotal role and work alongside a supportive and professional team of industry experts.

Reporting to the Import Manager you will be responsible for:


  • Registration of consolidation and shipments
  • Processing client bookings
  • FAK documentation processing, registration, cargo lodgements and outturns
  • Freight only job handling, job invoicing, document releasing
  • DAP/DDP shipment handling, liaising with transport team for deliveries
  • Raising invoices to clients and processing debit notes/invoices from service providers and overseas agents
  • Liaising with clients (internal and external)
  • Liaising with overseas agents in order to process documentation and communicate on shipment arrival etc
  • General day to day duties as required
