An exciting 6-month opportunity with one of our esteemed clients in the heart of Fremantle has arisen. They are an established company of over 100 years with a dynamic team and culture.


The Commercial and customer relations officer will be responsible for all the Marketing and customer engagement plan alongside entering data in Dynamics 365.


Primary responsibilities:

  • Updating the preexisting marketing and customer engagement plan
  • Provide understanding and direction on current best practice in customer surveys
  • Ensuring responses and follow ups are completed
  • Assist with the collation of participants results as well as completing internal data analysis
  • Manage customer liaison visits
  • Ensure all data is taken accurately in Dynamics 36
  • Perform monthly reports to prevent duplicate detection of contacts while correcting any errors.
  • Record keeping and maintaining information with integrity

To be successful you will bring:

  • Understanding of marketing and customer management principles and theories
  • Experience using Dynamics 36
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Developed conceptual, research and analytical skills
  • Great attention to detail alongside organization skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in Marine industry
  • C' or 'CA' drivers' license
