If you possess passion to provide dynamic strength based, client centered support to young people residing in our residential programs, and you have demonstrated abilities to creatively engage young people, we would love to hear from you

Our client is a not-for-profit organization supporting vulnerable children and young people aged 12-24 years.

Operating across North Sydney and West Sydney to provide a range of highly successful homelessness, family, and young offender programs.

Salary between $77k$83k + Superannuation (Depending on experience)

Essential Requirements:

Related tertiary qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in working with youth
Ability to support the needs of young people, including responding to challenging and painbased behaviours they are likely to display
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
Flexibility to work varying hours Monday to Friday each week
Sound verbal and written communication
Willingness to attend compulsory training
Current driver's license + own car with comprehensive insurance
First Aid Certificate
COVID19 Vaccination Certificate
