This National retailer is looking for a Senior Retail Manager in Glenelg Joining a company at the apex of its industry and a product selection that your customers will love to choose from


Our Client is on the hunt for a skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead an already-performing store to success Ideally, we seek someone who is naturally a people manager and a strong communicator who motivates the team to create exceptional customer experiences.

You will have experience in leading a team to achieve store and individual budgets as well as structured KPIs. Your role will include training, developing, and building your team to be experts in the field.

MUST:

processing pallets of stock daily, assigning and prioritizing tasks to the team as well as supervising huge VM and stock turnover opportunities will be remarkable skills of yours.

You will thrive working under pressure and smashing through operations and administration jobs.

Skills You'll Bring

  • Manage HIGH VOLUME product levels
  • Ability to coach and develop up to 20 staff to achieve consistent results
  • Experience in either supermarket or department store environments
  • Amazing time management and operational skills
  • Manage wages, rosters, budgets and KPIs
  • People Passion, highenergy and the foresight to drive results
  • Have an extraordinary eye for VM and administration standards
