Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a

Federal Government Agency to engage an

APS6 Group Program Coordinator.
***This position is located in their busy Melbourne office for an initial

12 month contract.

Duties

  • Manage the group / workshop intake queue and assignment of clients
  • Ensure clients at for programs have required support
  • Brief and debrief Facilitators/Trainers as required.
  • Encourage uptake of online learning components
  • Ensure that client risk processes are integrated within the group program and risk is reported
  • Review / approve group program reports (individual and program).

Requirements:


  • Current drivers licence
  • Tertiary qualifications in teaching, training and facilitation, ideally within a mental health/community sector OR
  • Qualifications as a registered Psychologist / Mental Health Occupational Therapist / Mental Health Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration OR
  • Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance.
  • Knowledge of mental health programs.
