The Role
Reporting to the Deputy Editor the Digital Content Producer, Social Cohesion Unit would see you:

Creating English audio and online content for ALC language teams as advised by the editorial leads e.g. audio explainers, audiograms, online articles
Participating in multiplatform content ideation and assist with editorial planning and implementation as needed
Keeping across the news agenda to identify any potential stories
Ensuring content is delivered in line with target language audience needs and editorial requirements

About you

Experience in broadcast journalism and/or digital audio content production
Exceptional writing and audio production skills
Demonstrated understanding of best practice podcast production
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in using audio equipment, editing software
Tertiary qualification in Journalism or Communication highly desirable

This role is being offered on a fixed term contract for 13 months, with a potential view to extension.
