Job Description:


Location:
Perth/Karawatha.


As we continue our journey of transformation, we have a new opportunity for a
Service Delivery Manager to join our Group IT Infrastructure and Applications Services team.


As
Service Delivery Manager, you will govern site specific IT Infrastructure Services with focus on end to end IT services for Regional sites (QLD, NT & WA) / Business Units including field services.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Be the key contact and owner for any site related IT events, activities, change, planning and incident management for your region.
  • Own the incidents and work closely with central IT teams / partner delivery teams for incident and / or problem resolution as per agreed SLA with business
  • Manage all site related inventory, infrastructure support, field services and coordinate for activities like audits and remediations
  • Help business plan for site specific maintenance and BAU IT support activities e.g. UPS maintenance or power shutdown, server reset, site surveys etc
  • Help Service Delivery Head and business on IT requirements and solutions
  • Help internal teams in coordinating and executing tasks and activities at site or in the region
  • Maintain relationship with site admin and key users

Qualifications:


To ensure your success you will possess:

  • 10+ years' experience providing IT Infrastructure Services
  • Experience running infrastructure and platform services in a public cloud platform and / or onpremise
  • Good knowledge of ISO27001 / ISO9001 / ISO2000
  • Good knowledge of infrastructure including but not limited to compute, storage, networking, datacenters
  • Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities, including APIM, Landscape, HPE tools
  • Experience with end user services and technologies like O365, Sharepoint, MFA etc
  • Good networking skills. You understand TCP/IP, VLAN's, DNS, load balancing
  • Strong in governance, process management and communication

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualifications in a computing and/or business discipline and extensive relevant experience
  • ITIL Certification with extensive management experience and proven management expertise
