Description

The Principal Analyst key responsibilities are:

  • Provide high level advice using advanced oral and written communication on issues affecting the Queensland family support and child protection system for internal and external stakeholders, that can be drawn upon to inform strategic planning and policy deliberations.
  • Provide project management leadership, including the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Lead the design and implementation of performance measures, business intelligence reports and dashboard analytics, to support performance monitoring across the child protection system and meet agency reporting requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate complex analyses such as modelling of future system demand, and scenario modelling.
  • Coordinate the effective use of information, data and systems by investigating performance reporting, systems and data quality issues and causes and recommend solutions, as part of the corporate reporting program of work.
