About the role

  • We're seeking a Portfolio Analyst to ensure projects are successfully delivered whilst providing meaningful insights, analysis and recommendations.

  • Daytoday, you will:
  • You'll undertake overall portfolio analysis, including schedule dependencies assessment / risks and monthly financial variances-
  • You'll assist in leading portfolio management activities, including development and maintenance of resourcing, cost (tracking of actuals, forecast and variances), risks, issues and change management-
  • You'll lead and support the maintenance, audit, review and improvement of the Transurban governance frameworks such as continuous improvement of project templates, processes and documentation
  • This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels-
  • You'll have a Bachelors Degree in a related field, and / or project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile etc.-
  • You'll have experience in developing and maintaining integrated portfolio schedules, including dependencies (internal and external)-
  • You'll bring your experience in fast-paced project environment and specifically in portfolio analysis and reportingWith a career at Transurban, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:
