Regional Service Manager to join our Epiroc Australia Team. Reporting to the National Service Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for service operations in South Australia, Northern Territory, Western NSW, Melbourne, and Tasmania.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Coaching and mentoring their teams and building and driving a culture that is safe, productive and enjoyable
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver company goals and vision
  • Manage customers at all levels to develop relationships that enable achievement of plans and objectives
  • Actively report on customer requirements, trends, issues and opportunities
  • Provide Market opportunity analysis and reporting with the development of strategies to meet potential opportunities
  • Implement plans for continuous improvement
  • Requirements:
  • Have significant experience in leading diverse teams
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
  • Have advanced leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate
  • A strong background continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise at a high level and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of initiative and problemsolving skills with the ability and drive to follow through with required actions
  • Strong knowledge of business drivers, customer needs, managing financial outcomes and commercial processes and systems
  • Ability to travel consistently across the region
