Are you a strong Recruitment Manager with experience leading a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants in a fast paced environment?

Our client is a large national organisation that are going through growth across Australia. We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Lead with excellent stakeholder engagement and project leadership experience.

You will work with your team on the continuous improvement journey, to keep up to date with market trends and recruitment best practice as well as ensuring that they are equipped with the tools and skills to be a high performing team.

This a fast paced, diverse, heavily operational business. You will have strong communication skills and an ability to work dynamically, think strategically and deliver tangible outcomes.

Responsibilities

Oversee the recruitment function to build customer focused, tech enabled, highly effective and efficient processes that align with business needs.
Effective stakeholder management of the recruitment service including maintaining a working relationship with business leaders
Conduct resourcing needs analysis briefings with hiring leaders to understand current & future work force planning requirements.
Oversee a team of TA professionals to deliver on recruitment projects
Provide recruitment support to the team and pitch in where required on exec and hard to fill roles

Criteria

Talent Acquisition leadership experience in large complex organisations
Demonstrated ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve goals and provide high quality service.
Experience and success working with senior stakeholders in a fast and transforming organisation
