The Opportunity:


We have an exciting opportunity available for an Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging (IDB) Consultant to join our People & Culture team in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane on a permanent basis.

As the IDB Consultant you will support the development and embedding of the firm's Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging strategy across the global network, with a delivery focus on the APAC region.

Some of your main responsibilities will be;

  • Oversee a number of the firm's established IDB programmes.
  • Provide strategic direction to the IDB networks and chairs to ensure they are creating impact and meeting their objectives.
  • Communicate progress on IDB with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support scheduling and delivery of successful IDB client events, including promotion and driving attendance through relevant communication forums, liaising with Business Development and the events team as well as undertaking any follow up action after the event.
  • Lead the delivery of IDB benchmark reporting in the APAC region as determined each year (including WGEA reporting and AWEI benchmarking).

About you:


  • Demonstrated experience driving Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging outcomes. This could be in an IDB role, or through adjacent experience.
  • Track record in the delivery of change initiatives and process improvements in a customer focused environment.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with sound judgment which provide for and encourage solutions.
  • Confident and approachable, including being able to negotiate or influence stakeholders.
  • Discrete, diplomatic and completely confidential with colleague and client information.
