THE OPPORTUNITY

ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the position you will have:

Degree in Civil Engineering
OR Surveying
OR Applied Mathematics
OR Diploma in Civil Construction
OR Structural Design/ Drafting or Surveying
Minimum of five (5) years postqualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five (5) years previously
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), Diploma or higherlevel qualification in adult education scholarships available

Sound relevant and current Civil/Surveying experience in any of the following areas:

Surveying
Cadastral, GNSS, GIS, or scanning or drone experience in the Surveying industry
Road, Stormwater hydrology, Surface and Sub Surface drainage design
Geotechnical foundation design, environmental controls and/or geotechnical design
Laboratory testing and analysis for construction materials and of engineering properties of materials
Structural Design including flexible pavement design, concrete and/or steel structures
Strong proficiency in relevant industry software would be desirable

Note:

All qualifications, certifications and experience need to be acquired locally and relate directly to the Civil Engineering Profession (foreign qualifications and certifications will not be accepted
