Key Responsibilities

  • About the Role
The General Manager (GM) will provide leadership and strategic direction across Lake Imaging and X-Ray Group throughout Victoria. The role reports to the COO and is a key member of the IDX Group Senior Management Team.

The GM will not only be responsible for executing and developing the business strategy and ensuring the growth of Integral Diagnostics in Victoria but will also lead a team with a strong emphasis on customer service, clinical excellence and collaboration.

Applicants should be experienced in establishing high level interpersonal relationships, improving organisational culture and performance through full P&L responsibility and leadership, are able to drive and develop the business through strong business acumen and attract and retain radiologists to the business.

This is a significant role within IDX where you will have ownership of the performance of a standalone business in a true management role.

About You

You will be an individual who is willing to challenge the status quo and break new ground in order to meet the real needs of patients and referrals.

To be successful in this opportunity, we are seeking an individual who has:

  • 10+ years in a leadership role in a services/consumer organisation, either with a health care services or technology company, professional services firm or, more broadly, in consumer services
  • Strong business acumen and experience in improving the financial performance of a business
  • Demonstrated abilities in leading, growing and developing people
  • Strong ability to manage resources and exceed targets
  • Development of a highperforming culture and team, track record of developing a strong aligned quality culture delivered through a high
- performing team

  • Previous radiologist recruitment experience
