**The Opportunity

The Marketing Manager in the Everyday Brand & Marketing team, is responsible for the planning, executing and optimisation of Go-to-Market campaigns for Everyday propositions.

This role will partner and collaborate with business units to ensure a cohesive approach to how we go-to-market.

**What you'll do

  • Support the development of the gotomarket strategy and approach for key Everyday propositions.
  • Develop, manage and deliver marketing plans and calendars of activity for propositions and review and measure the performance of those plans.
  • Manage and influence senior stakeholders to help escalate and/or unblock any obstacles to keep campaigns on track.
  • Deliver presentations on activity, reporting and performance
  • Leverage the power of data to determine the key insights that lead to effective marketing and communications strategies. A memberfirst approach, translating the benefits for them being key to everything you do
**What you'll bring

  • 5+ years marketing experience in digital marketing and GTM (or similar roles)
  • End to end campaign management experience including strategic brief writing, creative evaluation, production and measurement
  • Ability to deliver cross functionally and orchestrate simultaneous streams of work across business units.
  • Experience in working in complex, multistakeholder and fast paced environments.
  • Experience in managing highly successful multichannel marketing campaigns to budget An experienced manager, ideally within a large corporate marketing team
