Purpose of Position


To collaborate with the Programs Manager to maintain a team with high morale, consistently meeting all administrative and compliance requirements relating to service users of NDIS, HCP, TAC, WorkCover, and other programs, as determined by documented company policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities

Supervising Programs:


  • Make sure complex programs run smoothly and safely.
  • Keep track of professionals involved and ensure they follow guidelines.
  • Arrange training and meetings for staff.
  • Check paperwork regularly and update plans as needed.
  • Talk to service users regularly and monitor budgets.

Managing Documents:


  • Keep all necessary paperwork up to date and organised.
  • Make sure staff can easily access documents and utilise them.

Working with Others:


  • Build relationships with service users and team members.
  • Keep everyone informed and report any problems.

Compliance:


  • Ensure compliance in service delivery, including highintensity supports, manual handling and restrictive practices.

Other Responsibilities:


Improving Quality:


  • Help develop and improve processes.
  • Suggest ways to make things better for staff and service users.

Learning & Sharing:


  • Keep up with training and share knowledge with colleagues.

Other Tasks:


  • Complete other administrative tasks required by management.

  • Strong workload management ability.
  • Clear communication and ability to develop report with colleagues, service users and other stakeholders.
  • Good problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Strong ethical standards and personal integrity.

Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience with, and understanding of, service users with complex needs.
  • Support work and/or nursing experience (desirable).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory and procedural requirements, and funding arrangements, for HCP, NDIS and TAC programs.
