Selection Criteria:

Relevant tertiary qualifications and current Teaching Registration with the TRBWA (or be eligible for registration)
Evidence of progress towards achieving Highly Accomplished teacher status, in accordance with the AITSL standards
Knowledge of best practice pedagogy
The ability to deliver lessons that stimulate and engage all students
Experience in planning and implementing Pastoral Care programs promoting moral values
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
Genuine acceptance and sensitivity towards students from diverse cultural backgrounds
Strong written and oral communication skills
Initiative and motivation to embrace new learning opportunities and tackle challenges
Willingness to actively engage with students and parents through Pastoral Care programs within and beyond the school environment.

SALARY RANGE:
($70,000-$90,000)
