A great opportunity to join established Aged Care provider.

This role will be reporting to Finance Manager, and you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll for 600 + employees.

Some of the duties will include (not limited to):

  • End to end processing of payroll for 600 + employees per fortnight
  • Reconciliations, calculating termination payments.
  • Overseeing work of junior staff
  • Act as point of contact for any payroll related enquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Awards
  • Participate in project work
  • Adhoc tasks as directed.

Key requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Prior knowledge of Aged Care awards desirable.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Communicate well with stakeholders.
