Stress Testing

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitable professional to join in the position of Manager, Stress Testing.

This role will actively be involved in facilitating the Group-wide process of scenario and stress testing, with a focus on developing and maintaining related standards and frameworks.

You will also provide support to the Performance risk function.

Coordinate the Groupwide scenario and stress testing program of work across the Group
As Secretary of the Group Stress Testing Working Group, manage the Group's streams of stress testing, including scenarios specifically for ICAAP / APRA capital management reporting
Develop and maintain the Group's Stress Testing framework, policy and associated procedures.
Responsible to ensure the stress testing program is updated for new and emerging risks
Responsible for Executive and Boardlevel reporting for stress testing, including to Group CRO, Group Executive and the Group Board
Foster strong Groupwide relationships while working with the relevant teams from all Group functions and Divisions of QBE to achieve the desired outcomes for stress testing

Requirements:

Knowledge on best practice of risks, controls and financial drivers.
Strong senior stakeholder management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Analytical skills and ability to identify trends.
Demonstrated ability of Problem solving, conflict resolution and decisionmaking skills
