The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW.

The roles sit more specifically in our Digital Products Team and will be dedicated to writing web copy for the SIRA website.

Tasks Include:

Research and write high quality content for the SIRA website and ensure the copy is accurate, fit for purpose and meets customer needs.
Establish and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders to achieve effective customerfocused content.
Ensure content is inclusive, accessible, and optimised for search engine indexing.

Essential Criteria

Thrives in making digital content clear, simple to use and easy to understand whilst ensuring accuracy.
Experience writing technical, legal, regulatory, insurance or medical web copy.
Passionate about making it easier for people with disabilities to selfserve digital content.
Can work effectively on simultaneous projects within defined timeframes.
