We are seeking a Supply Chain or Logistics Specialist to join our team in our Head Office at Chullora, Sydney to support our operations across Australia.

The Opportunity

  • Manage the end to end supply chain to maintain an efficient business
  • Work closely with suppliers to identify issues, manage risk and support both internal and external stakeholders
  • Present regular updates on performance and issues
  • Efficiently and accurately manage shipping documentation
  • Develop, improve and maintain systems to support tracking of deliveries and supplier performance
  • Manipulate data and present conclusions with accuracy

  • Mon-Fri role with up to 2 days per week WFH
About You - Essential

  • Knowledge of shipping regulations and import/export procedures
  • Experience with customs agents and freight forwarders
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with ERP systems
  • Strong MS Office skills with high level Excel abilty and knowledge
  • Relevant qualifications in such as Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering
  • Ability to develop crossfunctional relationships in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and business presentation skills
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with a focus on continuous improvement and driving innovation
  • Must hold a government issued Covid19 vaccination certificate (2 x dose)
  • Must have current work rights in Australia
About You - Preferred

  • Experienced in SAP
