**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Summary of the role: - The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the daily co-ordination of the Engineering & Maintenance Services, ensuring that all administration tasks are completed to the required standard. This includes supporting the flow of works requests through to completion within the Tech One system. As part of the wider Engineering and Facilities admin team there are a variety of other shared responsibilities such as generating the relevant reports, supporting the on boarding of new WMH staff with ID photos, name badges and swipe cards etc.

**ABOUT YOU: - Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to be selfdirected and maintain progress in multiple activities at the same time_ _
Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and work as an efficient team member
