**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Summary of the role: - The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the daily co-ordination of the Engineering & Maintenance Services, ensuring that all administration tasks are completed to the required standard. This includes supporting the flow of works requests through to completion within the Tech One system. As part of the wider Engineering and Facilities admin team there are a variety of other shared responsibilities such as generating the relevant reports, supporting the on boarding of new WMH staff with ID photos, name badges and swipe cards etc.

  • Permanent part time 4 days per week 7.30 am pm, hours/days may change on occassion to cover leave
  • Providing valuable support to the Werribee Mercy Hospital (WMH) site Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor and team
  • Be part of the small dynamic team supporting our vital health services

  • Ability to be selfdirected and maintain progress in multiple activities at the same time_ _
