We are searching for a marketing superstar to join our team as
Brand Manager, Transformers.

In this role you will create and deliver brand plans and fully integrated marketing campaigns that delight consumers and achieve our local commercial objectives.


As a Brand Manager you can expect to:

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing plans to achieve our commercial objectives
  • Optimise and manage the global product portfolio to maximise strategic growth
  • Review and analyse data and consumer / shopper insights to build your plans and make decisions
  • Oversee A&P plans and spend for the category
  • Track performance and ROI to make investment decisions that drive Market Share, Scan Sales (POS) and Brand Health metrics
  • Input into, review and adjust inventory and financial forecasts accordingly
  • Partner with the sales team to develop key account strategies; allocating marketing resources effectively to ensure executional support and integration.
  • Partner with customer marketing to activate brands at retail across digital and bricks and mortar platforms
  • Play a key role in Hasbro's execution of the Brand Blueprint; to expand our brands across various consumer touchpoints
  • Inform, inspire and excite all Hasbro functions and teams to build internal brand affinity
  • Work flexibly, in a hybrid approach, with 3 days per week spent office based

You will bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of brand / product management experience preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Proven ability to successfully utilise all elements of the marketing mix to drive the business
  • Experience with P&L responsibility, budget, planning and management
  • Strong analytical skills; using insights to leverage into thinking and planning
  • Demonstrated success delivering on business results in various competitive environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
  • Personal leadership skills that inspire and influence
  • Tertiary qualifications with a marketing specialization
