What you will be doing:

To perform Data updates for monitored alarm services in an Accurate, timely and efficient manner to meet the expectations of the customer and business.

To perform initial setup and commissioning of Monitored alarm services.

Interact with customers (Internal & External) to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns, and requests regarding their monitored service.

Strive to service the customer ' s demands, anticipate needs and strive to delight the customer by exceeding their expectations.

What you will need:

Effectively communicate with all customers; internal and external

Work with and support other internal business units and stakeholders. i.e. sales, Service delivery, Monitoring centre, Management and technicians.

Answer Incoming phone calls and process customer requests or inquiries in accordance with current Data processes and procedures.

Strive to maintain adherence to SLA and KPI requirements at all times.

Other tasks as directed by the Data management supervisor, Operations Manager or Team Leader.
