Love drafting? Looking for a great work environment, some work from home days, fun projects and a place where you can draft 'your way'?
There's huge amounts of autonomy here and plenty of accountability. It's a team like no other. Well-honed, fun, where sometimes, the heat is on. Often, it's not.

If you're finding your current role just a bit dry, then this is absolutely not.
This is a newly created role. You'll be a dedicated Civil Drafter working on urban re-generation projects / brownfield civil projects / buildings.

The company
The company is a nationally recognised; their Melbourne office is within walking distance to Southern Cross station.

The Melbourne team is 30 strong. They work hard to create a work environment that their employees love.

You'll want to go to work (especially on Fridays).

What's involved?
If you've done a Civil Drafting role before, you'll know what's involved. Produce AutoCAD drawings. Support the civil team. Deliver accurate and concise documentation to clients.

You

You'll need an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering as well as 2-5 years' experience drafting civil compontents of urban projects, buildings, predominantly brownfield work.

We also think you'll thrive if you're open, a great listener and fun to hang out with. A little bit geeky is good too. "It takes all sorts."

Salary:
Circa $80k - $100k p/a plus Super. Seeking someone who doesn't need their hand holding.
