About the Role
'The Inside Job' is the internal agency for the BOQ Group (Bank of Queensland, ME Bank and Virgin Money Australia), a network of customer-loving regional Aussie banks.

We are growing at lightning speed and need some talented creative individuals to help us take these three great brands and make them (even more) famous.

Our unique model of multi-brands within client side means you get the variation of agency work and will feel invested in the brands, but without the worst of agency life.

Supporting the internal agency and contributing to completion of a range of tasks, varying from small updates to larger roll outs, our Brand Finished Artist will be a key contributor to customer direct marketing and internal branding across both print and digital.

With three different banks in the mix, you'll need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities.

The role will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to take layouts from finished art to pre-press and digital-ready states.

About you
Are you looking for your next adventure and ready to kick the New Year off in an exciting new role? Do you have a passion for craft and design and are committed to delivering beautiful brands?

35+ years' experience in a similar role preferably within an advertising agency/design studio
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of visual brand management and ability to interpret branch guidelines
Proficient in latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite experience is essential (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe). Knowledge of Figma is a plus
Computer literate, with a strong working knowledge of Mac and Windows Office
