The Opportunity:


We currently have an entry level opportunity available within our Canberra office for an Operations Assistant to join on a permanent basis.

Joining as the Operations Assistant you'll be responsible for;

  • Front of house and facilities support; booking meeting rooms, meeting and greeting clients/visitors
  • Courier & Mail services; collect and sort mail, arrange outgoing local/interstate couriers
  • Maintaining office supplies; order stationary, ensure resources are in working order


This opportunity will provide you with experience and exposure to the fundamentals of working within a top tier global law firm.

Development within the role will be supported by the Operations Supervisor.


Essential Skills & Experience:


  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Excellent personal presentation and telephone manner
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • A strong understanding of confidentiality
