We currently have an exciting opportunity for an
Account Manager/Talent Specialist to join our successful team based in Unanderra on a full-time basis.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

Build and manage a portfolio of clients
Conduct Business Development/Sales Visits & Calls to new and existing clients
Negotiating client rates
Deliver toolbox talks to workers on a regular basis
Conduct risk and site assessments
Placing and Managing advertisement responses
Arranging interviews / phone interviews / video conferencing
Organising D&A's and preemployment medicals when required
Assist in coordination of weekly timesheets for casual workers

To be successful you will have:

Recruitment experience or experience in a B2B, Sales, Account Management position within any industry.
Blue collar industry experience advantageous
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent customer service skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite (word, excel, outlook)
