The Role
The recent release of the Defence Strategic Review (DSR) has provided a strategic assessment relating to the setting of priorities for future investment of Defence capabilities.
A major responsibility of this position is the preparation and development of Training Capability, which includes internal and external governance documents to support Defence Capability programs.
You will be responsible for the coordination of Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC) assurance activities which is achieved through extensive stakeholder consultation activities, design and delivery of Training System solutions that supports the integration of a capability across the ODCS milestones.

Navy Training Futures Team is seeking a dynamic individual to contribute to implementing the related recommendations of the DSR across all Maritime related acquisitions by providing training system input across all stages of the One Defence Capability System (ODCS).
You must be a highly motivated and capable individual who is able to manage multiple outputs, whilst demonstrating critical thinking and problem solve complex issues in often time sensitive environments.
The successful applicant will need to have superior communication skills and ability to coordinate various stakeholder activities to ensure current and future Training System solutions support the capability requirements.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to address and manage complex issues across a number of Defence programs, in particular having the ability to align Strategic intent to Capability inputs.
