About the role:


Reception responsibilities include:


  • Manning the front desk reception area;
  • Managing and maintaining bookings for multiple meeting rooms;
  • Dealing with all forms of office administration i.e. stationery, mail, reception, filing, data entry etc.
  • Ordering employee uniforms, maintaining stock take and distributing to our projects;
  • Assisting with purchase orders and invoices as required;
  • Looking after the maintenance and purchase of office and kitchen supplies;
  • Assisting with catering requirements for all inhouse functions and activities;
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration will be provided.

Project Administration Assistant responsibilities include:


  • Collecting, scanning, filing, and distributing paperwork;
  • Data Entry;
  • Invoice and docket matching;
  • Generating purchase orders;
  • Handling correspondence;
  • Maintaining registers;
  • Timesheet entry;
  • Travel and accommodation bookings;
  • General project administration duties;
  • Assisting the onsite project team/s as required.

About you:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills and ability to prioritise;
  • Must be reliable;
  • Able to use own initiative;
  • Looking to learn and grow;
  • Have a problemsolving nature;
  • Have a valid drivers license; and
  • Be selfdirected and a team player.
