Your opportunity


Is to ensure the delivery of end to end accessory product cycle requirements for Nissan vehicles - Alignment of Nissans Product and Corporate strategies.

Lead negotiation with NML functional departments on specifications and financials.

  • Identification of growth products/segments and product opportunities to support accessory cycle planning into the Australian market that maximises Nissan's growth in volume, profitability and meets customers' expectations.
  • Support the successful launch of new models and enhancement of existing models into the Australian market.
  • Influencing and working within design concept and specification setting of future accessories, including profit budget guidelines set at the commencement of the Project and aligned with internal Nissan Australia budget and corporate plans.
  • Be a key contributor in the vehicle/accessory Launch process responsible for the provision of all accessory product specification during the planning and early development stages.
  • Support all new accessory studies with robust customer and market analysis and conduct 'whitespace' analysis to identify new product, segments and volume opportunities
  • Develop and utilise best practice tools, standardised templates and processes to ensure management of the accessory programs form early planning through to product launch.

You will bring to this role

  • Completed a bachelor's degree in a business or engineering related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate clear and logical methodology.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications, presentation, organisational and computer skills. (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Cognos (opt), Jato (opt), Harmony/Espri (opt)).
  • Ability to forge strong working relationships with Nissan employees, overseas departments and suppliers.
  • Highly organised person that performs well under pressure and can balance multiple priorities.
