Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work across multiple platforms, whilst actively listening and maintaining accurate and thorough journal notes.
Attend team meetings/stand ups when required and provide updates on progress as required.
Drive efforts towards an exceptional standard of work, achieving established KPIs.
Contribute to a culture of honesty, openness and collaboration.
Develop, manage and maintain a high service level client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and the DFR Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia.
