- Emergency Department administrative assistant/secretary

The Emergency Department administration (medical roster) primary role is supporting the Emergency Department Directors, Nurse Unit Manager and the ED Leadership Team to effectively and efficiently perform their duties.
The roster administration assistant will provide comprehensive secretarial assistance and business administrative support to the Monash Emergency Department Executive Team and Senior Medical Staff.
This is a part-time ongoing role working 2 days per week. The role will work closely with the other part time medical roster administration assistant to ensure continuity and transition between days of the weekAbout You
You work well in a team and are able to organise and communicate information from a range of sources back to the team and the department in a comprehensive and timely manner.
What You Need:
- At least three years general administration &/or secretarial experience
