About the role

Are you looking to kickstart your digital media career with an exciting internship opportunity? Are Media is thrilled to offer an exciting internship opportunity for a talented and driven individual, we are offering a 6-9 month paid internship with the view to extend.

We are on the search for an Intern to support the Consumer Digital team across iconic brands like
_Australian Women's Weekly, marie claire _and
_ Who_.

You will be eager to learn, have strong communication skills, and are able to work well in a team environment.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside digital content experts, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the fast-paced digital media environment.

This position offers professional development through regular learning opportunities to build on skills and knowledge.

Duties

Assisting the Digital Content Team as required.
Building, repurposing and optimising content for digital platforms, from sites to socials.
Learning the different platforms to enable independent work as required.

Skills and experience

This internship would suit a studying or recently graduated Media, Journalism or Communications student with an interest in digital media content.

If you're passionate about media, eager to learn and looking to gain hands-on experience with 1-2 days a week available Monday to Thursday, and join our team

Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to deal with deadlines in a high pressured environment
An eye for detail
A demonstrated strong sense of initiative
A strong multitasker
The ability to take instruction and feedback
