The role
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls to support customers with their insurance product and service needs to provide the best solution
- Answer and resolve customer queries, provide advice and manage escalations
- Database management, navigating multiple systems while maintaining high level of attention to detail
- Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the wider team

- Strong administration (Insurance background preferred)
