.Our client, a large reputable Insurer looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Sydney CBD on a permanent full-time


The role

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls to support customers with their insurance product and service needs to provide the best solution
  • Answer and resolve customer queries, provide advice and manage escalations
  • Database management, navigating multiple systems while maintaining high level of attention to detail
  • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the wider team
