Job Description:
Join our Government and Defence business unit and work with the Senior Manager for Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality in this highly administrative role, to support the implementation and improvement of our HSSEQ systems and processes.
Bring your knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Quality systems and gain broad exposure to Senior stakeholders across diverse operational environments.

This role could be your steppingstone from an operational HSE role into a Quality and Safety role that plays an integral part in the improvement and maintenance of our HSSEQ systems and processes within this high-profile division.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and administering the required HSSEQ meetings within Government & Defence.
- Supporting the requirements and administration of the Government & Defence environment & sustainability programs.
- Ensuring Government & Defence maintains its international and industry accreditations for the respective ISO standards currently held and that may be required in future.
- Managing the results of internal and external audits to ensure assessment of opportunities for improvement and resolution of any Non-Conformances including data entry and action tracking.
- Quality oversight of systems data within the company databases to ensure accuracy and currency of information and working with stakeholders to rectify.
- Ensure that document control processes are established and maintained for Government & Defence in regard to HSSEQ.
Qualifications:
- Certificate 4 in Workplace Health and Safety.
- ISO:9001 Lead Auditor Certified or equivalent (desirable not essential)

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years' experience in a Health, Safety Environment and Quality role, predominantly safety.
- Experience in document control and quality management systems and relevant ISO standards and accreditation.
- Experience in relationship management of both internal clients and external stakeholders.
- High level of Microsoft skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
