We are after someone that has previous experience in a community role supporting students or similar exposure to health and well-being, as well as an interest in supporting a robust events and activities program.

This role is rewarding but requires focus and planning as you will need to perform a range of tasks including researching and developing evidence-based programs and policies.

Some of your essential skills include strong written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills, solid planning, and organisational skills and a "we care" attitude.

Your role, along with the rest of our team will be to champion fostering a safe, secure and healthy living environment for our student residents.

This is a full-time position offering 38 hours per week. Workdays will be Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Due to the nature of the role, you must be flexible to work outside of these hours including weekends if required.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Residential Life Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Provide leadership and support in the management and development of the Residential Life Program.
Assist the RLM in the design, development, implementation and management of the Community Spirit Program.
Provide exceptional service to all residents, staff, investors, visitors, suppliers, contractors and associated organisations.
Establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholders.
Assist the GM and RLM in recruiting, training and management of the Residential Advisor team.
