We are after someone that has previous experience in a community role supporting students or similar exposure to health and well-being, as well as an interest in supporting a robust events and activities program.

This role is rewarding but requires focus and planning as you will need to perform a range of tasks including researching and developing evidence-based programs and policies.

Some of your essential skills include strong written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills, solid planning, and organisational skills and a "we care" attitude.

Your role, along with the rest of our team will be to champion fostering a safe, secure and healthy living environment for our student residents.

This is a full-time position offering 38 hours per week. Workdays will be Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Due to the nature of the role, you must be flexible to work outside of these hours including weekends if required.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Residential Life Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide leadership and support in the management and development of the Residential Life Program.
  • Assist the RLM in the design, development, implementation and management of the Community Spirit Program.
  • Provide exceptional service to all residents, staff, investors, visitors, suppliers, contractors and associated organisations.
  • Establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholders.
  • Assist the GM and RLM in recruiting, training and management of the Residential Advisor team.

Our mandatory requirements include:

  • Valid Working Rights in Australia
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
