We have a fantastic opportunity for you to jump-start your IT career

We're currently looking for multiple
Desktop/Network Support Field Services Technicians at the #1 IT Service Provider for NSW Public Schools.

Why this role is perfect for you:

No IT Degree or Certificate IV Required:

Hands-On Experience:

You'll be providing onsite and offsite support to teachers, admin staff, and principals, troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining computer equipment.

Training and Certification:

Full training will be provided from Certificate I through Certificate IV upon completion and progression of the traineeship.

Multiple Slots Open:

Multiple vacancies for tech enthusiasts with little to no tech experience. Hands-on learning, and expert mentoring will be provided. Join us and invite friends & former classmates and embark on this IT journey together

Key Requirements:

Australian citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights
Owns a vehicle and a valid NSW driver's license (travel expenses reimbursed per km)
Located within Central Sydney area
Sociable with strong English skills
Willingness to drive on a daily basis
Has
NOT completed any ITrelated degree, or any IT Certificate IV

The salary is based on the amount of time after high school graduation (from $483 up to $738 per week, plus Super, depending on your highest year of schooling completed, and the number of years currently out of school.

These figures are as per Schedule E—National Training Wage of the Miscellaneous Award 2023. and will increase upon completion of each level of the apprenticeship completed.
