As our Guest Regulatory Information Administrator reporting to the Group Manager Responsible Gambling, you will play a pivotal part in administering guest-oriented business processes and practices, particularly in relation to Privacy and Responsible Gambling.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work within multiple areas of the business to support appropriate use and administration of processes related to regulatory obligations or The Star policy requirements


A few of your responsibilities:


  • Manage and respond to requests for information pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth)
  • Process exclusions paperwork and maintain records of exclusion decisions
  • Support the operation of Exclusion review Committees
  • Assist the Patron Liaison Managers to maintain business processes and standards documents
  • Assist in the administration of the Protect Database particularly in respect of The Responsible Gambling Persons of Interest register and Exclusions related registers

What we are looking for:


  • Attention to detail as well as time management skills
  • Tertiary qualification in that discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Accreditation with Australasian Compliance Institute desirable.
  • Previous compliance experience in a multipurpose operational environment.
  • Exposure to regulatory work environments.


Ideally you will have strong foundations in regulatory compliance and administration, preferably in within relevant industry such as healthcare, finance or legal.

Your demonstrable experience navigating complex regulatory frameworks will set you up for success and enable you take on the challenges of a matrix business structure.
