Description

The Role:

  • Hours: 84 or
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Ensure there is always an adequate amount of Caregivers to service clients through retaining the best talent
  • Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with short listed applicants
  • Maintain all employee records through Relationship Management Systems (RMS)
  • Conduct background checks and monitor motor vehicle registration, insurance, and driver's license documents to ensure they are all current
  • Conduct annual reviews on caregiver performance

Requirements for this role:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or higher (highly desirable)
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferably have experience working in aged care/health care
  • Be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
