Your opportunity


We have a fantastic opportunity available in our Credit Control team where you will be managing the retailers' rental account through a wide range of activities to ensure timely rental payments.

You will form strong and collaborative partnerships with our Centre & Leasing teams, by acting as a point of contact for our retailers regarding resolution of any account issues and enquiries.

Some of the exciting opportunities you will work on are:

  • Manage retailers' rental accounts and ensure timely payments
  • Undertake daily receipting of rent to Retailer accounts from Trust account.
  • Prepare complex account reconciliations as required
  • Accurate journaling/spread of unallocated cash to invoices
  • Updating of debtor notes and ongoing action in JDE system.
  • Monitor ongoing Payment Plans
  • Liaise with Internal Stakeholders (Leasing, Revenue assurance, Commercial Retail Managers etc.) to resolve retailers' issues.
  • Answering incoming retailer account query calls
  • High volume of data entry in JDE system
  • Achieve monthly target of collection of PLI/ISR insurance documents from retailers
  • Collection and follow up of outstanding security deposit top ups


This is a full time position and based in our Sydney Support Office, located conveniently above the amazing Westfield Sydney.


What will set you apart from the rest?
We're looking for a self-motivated, confident, and detail-orientated individual, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You'll have experience in a collections / reporting / account management role or similar, and through this you've gained confidence in building strong relationships with a range of different stakeholders.


You'll be highly skilled working with Microsoft Excel, have excellent verbal & written communication skills, and also be able to demonstrate an ability to manage multiple priorities.

If you enjoy building and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and like solving commercial problems, then this role is for you.


  • 3+ years' experience in credit control, Accounts receivable or accounts administration role
  • JDE experience will be beneficial, but not essential
  • Complex account reconciliation experience
  • Advanced experience across the whole Microsoft Suite
