Competitive salary Key Responsibilities:
Efficient and accurate maintenance and reconciliation of client portfolios for client tax reporting purposes
Reconcile balances of client holdings, income and expenses, cash receipts and payments, money market, external holdings and ensure they are reflected accurately and processed correctly.
Manage outstanding information and funds to ensure accurate client portfoliosOngoing management of existing Managed portfolios
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to produce deliverable outcomes and follow instructions relating to corporate actions such as share offers and buy backs.
Laise with Equity Operations team to authorise changes to client details, clarify any information to settle trades Key Qualifications:High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Strong time management skills
Proven experience gained within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven administrative capabilities
Degree in business management advantageous, but not essential
