Overview


The Digital Producer will provide expertise and support in areas of digital and online strategy within our team, across the Link organisation as well as our clients and third-party vendors.


Working within a multi-client web based digital environment, the Web Configuration team supports major project and BAU deliverables such as website updates, enhancements and front-end system configuration changes while looking to deliver an exceptional customer experience to stakeholders.


Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities

  • Perform system configuration changes based on business requirements documents, functional specification documents, delivered in line with Link Group's software release cycles
  • Creation of configuration analysis and change summary documentation, creation of requirements traceability matrix documentation.
  • Deliver required changes into staging systems or UAT partition environments for testing, upon receiving stakeholder approval making changes into production environments or partitions
  • Assist and support with the endtoend user acceptance testing, functional changes according to business suitability, overall user experience and user design.
  • Assist and support with other general website issues that may arise as part of a wider operational team.
  • Perform peer review analysis and feedback sessions to fellow colleagues were appropriate
  • Participation in "on the job" skills development, training, knowledge sharing and mentoring programs to assist colleagues and new staff members.
  • Work with a variety of teams and stakeholders to plan, analyse, document and propose solutions for affected business areas by mapping business requirements to technical solutions.
  • Perform estimation and change impact analysis tasks and or activities were necessary.
  • Communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and other product teams
  • Key to the success of this role is effective stakeholder management and engagement of
  • Clients to ensure services meet current and future needs including management of different priorities.
  • Internal stakeholders including IT to ensure architectural fit and ongoing service performance; Fund Operations, to ensure fit with target operating model and shared efficiencies and business benefits; and Strategy and Marketing to leverage expertise and ensure alignment.
  • Partners/Suppliers to maximise the benefits that a wellfunctioning relationship with external parties can deliver.

In addition, as the role is part of a global team travel and flexibility to work outside standard hours may be required in this role.


Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Five years' recent experience working in eBusiness, or digital / online services development or marketing
  • Strong experience with Sitecore CMS and a solid understanding of metadata and website analytics.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Azure DevOps, APIs and other web technologies.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics both UA and GA4 and Google Tag Manager) and the importance of measuring the effectiveness of websites.
  • Knowledge of web image formats
  • Experience working directly with designers, developers and technical teams both onsite and offsite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and comfortable in educating others.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Able to comprehend the complexity and context of issues at hand and respond accordingly.
  • Action and results focused with high level planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to provide timely, professional support, advice, training and analytics/reporting for existing digital products/services and contact management systems, both to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Adaptability to working hours in order to meet business needs.
